About Us
The Owner - Abby Robertson
If there is such thing as a "born concierge",
that would be me! My early years as an administrative assistant taught
me the importance of customer service and doing things right the first
time. My interests, attitude and attention to detail landed me such roles
as Corporate Travel Manager and Senior Manager of Sales and Marketing at
National High Tech firms. In these roles, I negotiated Corporate rates
and programs with airlines, hotels and rental car agencies. I directed
user groups, in-house and offsite meetings, employee team-building and
many many holiday and summer events. After years of conducting myself as
a Corporate Concierge, the decision to make this my life was easy.
With my backround, I knew I had the skillset and history to be successful
by doing what I did best. Thus, Tip the Concierge was born.
My passion? Plan and execute worldclass events and meetings that surpass
that "wow" factor and build morale in the workplace. As a compliment,
we offer personal assistance to busy people to ease the time pressures
many of us experience everyday.
What is a concierge service?
Most people are familiar with hotel concierges. Tip the Concierge services
expand that role into the corporate and private sector, helping companies
focus on their workforce and clients to achieve a better work-life balance.
Concierge services are now recognized as one of the fastest growing sectors
of the US economy.
Why use a concierge service?
A classic concierge service not only undertakes particular tasks but
can help you organize your time and take some of the hassle out of your
life.
What else can a concierge service do?
A concierge service can take care of unusual or difficult requests such as finding
those impossible concert or sporting event tickets to buying the special gift
for your client or spouse.
